Explanation

I've missed at least 2 days of the daily rewards because it's not popping up when I launch the game anymore. I can't remember how far through the week I was but I think I was on day 3 before this happened, so I should have/should be close to the orange sticker pack if I'm correct? Regardless of that, I'm sad that it's not coming up for me and confused why. I've been told about hardware acceleration and deleting cache, neither of those worked for me :(. Help please :(
