Explanation
Hello Support Team,
On July 2 2026 I completed the sticker album and I received the standard rewards: 5000 Energy, 5000 crates, and the Special Decoration Chest.
However, once again, when I opened the Special Decoration Chest, I did not receive a decoration. Instead, I got the 81 gems.
This is the second season in a row that this has happened to me. I was really looking forward to the decoration, and it's quite disheartening to not receive it again after putting in all the effort to complete the sticker album. I am very upset.
I've attached a screenshot showing exactly what I got from the Special Decoration Chest.
I know that it is a known issue to the dev team, but this bug happened to me two seasons in a row.
Do you have any plans on giving out the decoration to the players who keep receiving this bug?
