Steps to Reproduce
- Open the reward chest from the sticker album
Explanation
Actual Result:
When opening a reward chest from the sticker album, the player receives only gems and no new decorations.
Expected Result:
There is a very low chance of receiving gems from a sticker album chest before all decorations are obtained. In general, each chest should first grant one new decoration. Gems should only be awarded after the player has collected all available decorations.

Hello (unknown user mentioned)! That's intended - this is extremely rare but there is a low probability to get the gems before obtaining all decorations
I really feel like it is a problem or glitch with my account. The past three or four blue chests have all given me gems and I can almost guarantee the next one would too. Which is kinda of why I’ve stopped attempting the photo albums as I don’t think 81 gems is worth it for the amount of effort.
If we were to test it by getting another blue chest where I would record opening it and showing that it’s always gems. But unfortunately like I said the effort outweighs the prize.
Hello! I've checked your account and it seems there is the same issue, only receiving gems from the chest, despite all decorations haven't been obtained yet.
I created an internal task as well, asking the devs to double-check / investigate this issue
