Event Pass Purchase Button Fails to Function During 'Tropical Island' Event

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Astro Garden on Facebook.
2. Open the current 'Tropical Island' event.
3. Open the Tropical Pass rewards page.
4. Click on the green '€5.25' purchase button.
5. Nothing happens: no payment window opens and no error message appears.

Explanation

This is the fourth time I have reported this issue, and I have never received any reply.

For the fourth event in a row, I am unable to purchase the event pass. During the current “Tropical Island” event, I click on the green “€5.25” Tropical Pass button, but absolutely nothing happens. No payment window opens and no error message appears.

This problem prevents me from purchasing the premium pass and receiving the additional rewards. I am not the only player affected, as other players have reported the same issue on the forum and Facebook groups.

Please investigate this recurring bug, reply to my report, and enable the purchase on my account before the event ends. I have attached screenshots showing the Tropical Pass purchase button and the issue.
