Bug: Failed to Purchase Tropical Island Pass

Steps to Reproduce
- go to the tropical island event tab and click on it it then brings up the tropical pass screen.
- click on the tropical pass $5.99 button
- the button goes dark like it is going to let me purchase but then lights up saying $5.99 and never completes the purchase
- I have tried this several times on the last 4 events and it does the same thing, the only time it worked was in the beta test of the 1st event that is the only one I have been able to purchase the passes for and I have tried doing it first thing then several times while completing the event and it does the same thing every time
