Steps to Reproduce

1. Open menu
2. Attempt to bind mouse clicks
3. Observe that binding mouse clicks is not possible
4. Have another person in multiplayer attempt the same steps and observe that they also cannot bind mouse clicks

Explanation

Cannot remap any mouse clicks to any action. Including the currently mapped to mouse button.

If you clear an action bound to a mouse button click, it does not rebind
