Steps to Reproduce

1. Everything was going great until the wheel bug
2. The bug was fixed with a reload
3. After reloading, the issue reappeared (pois broken)

Explanation

Passed 50km in poyopa wheels glitched inside out and hubs were on outside of rim reloaded game it fixed it, went into garage to mess with suspension came out drove off to test came back and garage save console was missing drove off to next gas station all fence and everything was missing including computer also drove by some other pois that were devoid of anything and a water tower was missing it's concrete and a radio tower only had the bunker no tower no fence no computer
