Cannot Attach Right Parts to Pickup Truck

Steps to Reproduce

1. I just picked up the part and no highlight was shown

Explanation

Right Parts, not placeable.
I'm building the pickup truck and i have the right parts but I can't attach them. I have a right tail light but the highlight won't show. I hit a telephone pole and the right door and window came off. The door will go back on but not the same window. I used the new scanner to make certain it's the right part but either way it's not even showing a highlight to put anything on. Any thoughts? I've even thought about trying to find a new body and swapping parts to see if that will work.

Also as seen in the video the weight of the scanner still is shown after being equiped.
