Explanation

After about 1 or 2 POI's I come to a point of being unable to save my game. I am un allowed to do quest and for whatever reason can not tow any vehicles either. I've went through entirely unistalling the game and waited for new updates in hopes of it being fixed. Im unsure as to what could be causing this.
