Explanation
I recently upgraded my hardware from a Ryzen 3700x with a NVIDIA RTX3060 to a Ryzen 5800x3d with a Radeon 9070XT. I attempted to play before after upgrading without much issue other than horizontal stripes on the cloud, now the clouds seem to be bugged out entirely. When I attempt to change video settings, no changes are saved when leaving the menu.
