Regression of:	#966 Missing Cursor and UI Icons During Item Interaction This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Closed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Got out of the car.
2. The cursor icon disappeared.
3. The cursor did not reappear even after loading back into the game.
4. It makes it impossible to see where you are aiming to pick things up.
