Steps to Reproduce

1. Drive a vehicle like the UAZ and tow another vehicle
2. Check if items fall through the floor
3. Verify if there is a loss of vehicle when starting the game

Explanation

Random loss of vehicle (s) when restarting game - when starting game sometimes spawn with NO vehicle or vehicles if towning.

FIX THE STEERING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Vehicle swerves all over the road expecially when towing - EXTREAMLY BAD!

Items placed in vehicle for storing sometimes fall through the floor/seat and disappear.
