Intermittent Quick Save Issue After POI Hopping

Steps to Reproduce

1. Engage in normal driving
2. Initiate a save game
3. Repeat the save game initiation consecutively
4. Ensure that the auto save feature is turned off

Explanation

Quick save intermittent function. Clicking the quick save button within a span of just 5-10 minutes (after POI hopping within just a span of 2-3km) will not initiate a save game, with the top right save status not appearing. Sometimes even after a lengthy drive or a period after 10 minutes, it will take multiple moving of the vehicle/s in one place (usually just beside the road and a POI) to initiate a game save.
