Radios Stop Working When Out of Range in Garage

Steps to Reproduce

1. Place a radio inside the garage building or a car inside with the radio on
2. Walk out of range and back or exit and reload
3. On reload, you will find the radio shows as 'on' but doesn't play
4. Often, the radio won't start playing unless you move it outdoors first
5. Recommendation: Have an incorporated radio system which can be heard throughout the garage

Explanation

'boombox' radio items and car radios either don't work, or stop working when you go out of range in the player garage
