QWERTZ Layout: Less Than Key (<) Binding Not Saved Post-Update

Steps to Reproduce

1. use a keyboard with qwertz layout
2. go to settings
3. bind less than (<) to any control
4. leave the settings and go back to the settings
5. notice that the key change isnt saved

Explanation

I use a keyboard with the german qwertz-layout. Since the tuning update from the 19th of october 2026 I cant bind the less than key (<) to any control settings anymore. I used it before the update and it worked fine.
When I am in the control settings I can choose the less than key and it is displayed as a white square (I am not sure but I thing it was displayed like that before the update too). When I leave the settings the key bind isnt saved.
It works with "normal" keys like w, a, s, d, etc.
