Steps to Reproduce

  1. When you die from thirst, go back to your game [DO NOT PRESS NEW GAME TO TEST THIS BUG]
  2. You will be taking damage and your health bar isn't going down
  3. Somehow it stays like that forever until you leave twice, then it happens again

Explanation

theres a glitch that happens when you die when you die you can come back but the thing is your still taking damage although your health bar isnt going down
