Steps to Reproduce

1. Why did I drive almost 50 km and after spending more than 2 hours in the game, this new location with a drift track only appears?
2. Why is the tuning kit only at this new location? This is a very wrong approach and takes unnecessary time and a lot of time in the search.

Explanation

It is not clear why such a long respawn of a new point of interest and why is this done?!
