Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch the game
2. Acquire a RotorGT7 vehicle
3. Acquire RotorGT7's tuning front bumper
4. Acquire a neon
5. Attach both pieces to the car's front
6. Start the car to see the neon's light
7. (Optional) May need to increase neon's light volume

Explanation

A neon light is clipping through Rotor's tuning front bumper on corners. The light pierces in two very small dots.
