Steps to Reproduce

1. Start either a new game or garage or attempt to load a save from a previous pre-garage patch instance.

Explanation

Game crashes entire PC (Black Screen).
DX11 or DX12
Win11 25H2
AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT
AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
64 GBs of Ram
High or Max Settings and FXAA (have tried other presets).

Best performance occurs when attempting a new game, but system will crash within a few seconds.
