Explanation

Somehow the car i am currently driving got dirty when i have settings for dirt and rust set to infinity to not get dirt or rust. Unsure of when it happened. However when getting inside the vehicle, even though the windows were very dirty, you could see clearly through the glass. Upon cleaning the car with a sponge, the body and panels just had to be touched with it and not scrubbed, but the lights, all windows, and mirriors had to actually be scrubbed. There was no rust besides a part i had just picked up and had not cleaned yet.
