Steps to Reproduce

1. Load into game
2. Start vehicle
3. Ensure radio & subwoofer are active
4. Turn off ignition & exit vehicle
5. Re-enter vehicle and start ignition
6. Radio will be off and subwoofer will show as being active still but if you exit again you will find it is not active
7. Turn sub off then on again to remedy

Explanation

vehicle attachments like radios, subwoofers etc. do not honour the enabled status when starting the vehicle after initial load of game
