c18 Model Makes Uncontrollable Noise in Multiplayer

Steps to Reproduce

1. have a host start a multiplayer mode
2. have host find dede doll and exhaust all its dialoug
3. after the c18 model spawns, have a client join
4. observe the c18 making noise nonstop

Explanation

c18 model from dede issue. when the host uses dede and the c18 model spawns. when a client joins the c18 will sound like its driving and will also be honking its horn constantly as well
