Steps to Reproduce

  1. Have the host interact with the car lift/bridge
  2. Have another player join while the UI is open

Explanation

Someone joining a multiplayer game while the host is using the car lift/bridge causes the UI to become "unfocused" and returns the mouse to camera control until you tab out and click back on the car lift/bridge UI
