Boxed items randomly appearing on garage roof and volume settings not applying

Steps to Reproduce

1. Having multiple parts in boxes sitting in the garage.
2. Leaving to the main menu.
3. Going back into the garage.

Explanation

When loading into the garage some of the items that are boxed up in the garage end up on the roof. The amount of boxed items on the roof is random every time. I have currently about 100 or so parts in boxes in the garage. I tried to stack the boxes but upon reloading the garage the boxes don't stay in stacks. parts that are not in boxes do not end up on the roof.

Also the volume settings do not apply to the volumes while inside the garage. The Horizons quests load up sound and the package machine sounds are the same no matter what volume in the settings menu.
