Steps to Reproduce

1. load a save or join multiplayer

Explanation

When loading up any save or joining multiplayer, the character is constantly rotating slowly to the right. rotation continues with mouse unplugged. changing camera settings and graphical settings do not change anything. when game is paused, no rotation occurs. This makes driving basically impossible as any overcorrection causes the car to spin out.
