Explanation
Hello, I have the following problem: I live in the Russian Far East (Khabarovsk), and my friend is in the western part of Russia (Rostov-on-Don). We have purchased a game for playing together. I play as the host, and he connects to me. We play for about 5-10 minutes without any issues, but then he starts experiencing bugs and crashes. He has to reconnect every time. I have a shared Google DNS, and so does he. I also have a router set up, my computer is clean (I reinstalled Windows 11 a month ago), and I have no problems with other games. The firewall is disabled. He also has Windows 11, and we both changed the game's launch settings from dx11 to dx12. We tried to set "run as administrator" in the game's properties, but the game refused to launch and said that it was already running, even though it was turned off. After returning the source properties, we tried to change the host (I will connect to it), but we encountered the same problem. We've tried all the tips we could find on the internet, including those on foreign websites, but the result is the same: 5-10 minutes of gameplay, followed by a crash. Please help us. We've been waiting for your game since it was still in development, and now we have the opportunity to purchase it. We want to spend time together in your game because we like the open-world setting (similar to Ryan Gosling's character in "Drive"), the zombies (similar to STALKER), and the unobtrusive gameplay with exploration and vehicle customization. Please don't ignore the message, we don't want to be disappointed with such a great project...
