Multiple Garage Features Unresponsive Post-Crash

Steps to Reproduce

1. My pc hard crashed one night after a long play session
2. Since then, all new features do not work
3. I can still play without the garage features like pre garage update
4. Build code: 22587174

Explanation

Most features connected to the garage update have stopped working for me. In infinite mode money deposit does not register. Lockboxes, parts sniffer and part scanner do not work nor do upgrades, the ctrl+s vehicle saving does not work. If i try to access the in run computer for quests it crashes my game completely. I have tried deleting old saves and starting new runs but cannot get anything to work. I have reinstalled the game and tried turning off cloud save. My garage seems to still be saved from when I started playing a new run and was working on vehicles but lost all vehicles but not loose parts. In the garage the computer works but does not have any interactions to use.
