Objects not adhering to vehicle C18 in DBH_Public

Steps to Reproduce

1. Place any object either in the passenger seat floorboards (with or without seat installed) or when objects are placed in the back.
2. Observe that these objects do not stick/adhere like other objects.
3. Notice that these objects slide out or fly out of the vehicle.

Explanation

Vehicle: C18
Bug: Certain objects don't seem to stick to the vehicle. Could be placement as well, but the green gas cans as well as the AK47 and sponges/brushes don't seem to stick for sure.
