Unable to Save or Replace Vehicles

Steps to Reproduce

1. Recover bolf at a garage using `ctrl+s terminal`.
2. None of the terminals work except for the delete function.
3. Occasionally, 'recover' appears.

Explanation

For some unkown reason i cannot save, or replace vehicles in here. i may have to take a huge loss on the Bolf if it isnt resolved. darn shame.
