Bonphiac windows not rolling down in multiplayer client mode

Steps to Reproduce

1. have a player start a multiplayer session
2. join multiplayer session as client
3. find a bonphiac with windows on side doors
4. attempt to roll down windows

Explanation

bonphiac window not rolling down while playing as client in multiplayer session. when joining multiplayer as a client the window on the bonphiac will appear rolled up but will not roll down when interacting with it. (only reason i didnt submit this on betahub was because this bug is on public branch)
