Steps to Reproduce

  1. have someone launch a multiplayer session
  2. join the session as a client
  3. have the host stay at spawn
  4. drive as far away from host as possible
  5. observe lack of road after certain distance

Explanation

road loading issue while in multiplayer. while playing multiplayer as a client if the client gets too far from host, the road will not load anymore and the terrain will stay the same.( didnt submit on betahub because its on public build)
