Steps to Reproduce

1. Enter car
2. Drive during the day in 1st person

Explanation

Probably already been reported, but driving in first person causes screen to become very bright. Also drops frames from around 50 while driving (average for my computer) to 30. Can see FPS in top right of attached screenshot.
