Steps to Reproduce

1. Don't know how to reproduce the first issue (doesn't happen often)
2. The 2nd issue can be reproduced by quickly entering and exiting the pause menu

Explanation

occasionally the car will not load in, leaving me stranded

going in and out of the pause menu quickly enough will softlock the game
