Explanation

Hello,
I'm having trouble getting the game to start. I can access the main menu without any issues, but when I click "Start Game," the game freezes and I'm forced to restart my PC. When I try to restart, I receive a message saying that WerFault is preventing the shutdown process.
I was able to play the game once successfully, but since then I haven't been able to get past the start screen.
I've already tried the following:
Updated all my drivers.
Verified that my PC meets the game's system requirements.
Disabled all overlays.
Restarted my PC multiple times.
Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue.
Could you please help me identify the cause of the problem and suggest any possible fixes?
