Regression of:	#149 People can log into coop sessions without pass This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Resolved.

Steps to Reproduce

1. play the game as a player and not the host
2. play the game as the host and try to recover a different car

Explanation

Latest update broke multiplayer things.
First in the video you can see the server I'm connecting too has a password but it doesn't ask me and just puts me in it.

Second you can see me try to bring my car into the world and it allows me to push the recover button and nothing happens at all.

Third, the scanner is not usable at all because you cant see it. This is the same for all the other usable items.

These are not an issue for the host just the person connecting.

This next issue exists even if your the host.
If you are the host, you can not retrieve any other car if you have one out already, not the same car or any other car.
