Steps to Reproduce

1. Scanner tool use in the dark, there is no backlight anymore.

Explanation

6/25 Update made the scanner tool dark, totally unreadable at night time, and sometime the text no longer fits on the screen. I am using DX12 and have a relatively high end NVIDIA. Also the Scanner tool does not know some of the new items.
