in this screenshot im driving on a flat road but as you can see on the speedometer the car wont go above that speed and this is with the uaz engine in the dada body(its the same with original motor as well),the car is capping out at 40kmh and the character wont change gears to go quicker,and the weight system is off,once i reach that speed the car just over revs at 40,i will try submit a video clip on my original post to give better context
