Steps to Reproduce

1. put i4 poyopa engine in dada or gtr
2. put i4 into bonphiac

Explanation

car wont go over 40kmh with an engine swap,when i put the new engine in the car it gets stuck over reving and the character wont change gears,ive tried this with the weight system on and off and re logged to see if that was the issue but it still continued,engine swapped the uaz motor into the dada as well as the poyopa i4 into the dada and the gtr and its the same issue even with the turbo attached so its not lack of power,also tried driving a uaz and it doesnt even move,ive also the found the car does a weird small bounce movement from left to right when driving with this issue,on a flat or incline the car wont change gear and struggles,on a downhill is the only time the character will change gear and gain speed,never had this issue before this update,ive added 2 screenshots so you can see the speed and different engine in each
