Steps to Reproduce

  1. Fatal Error message appears at every start
  2. Files checked for errors via Steam.
  3. Game still starts with Fatal Error
  4. Reinstalled, but Fatal Error still occurs when starting the game.

Explanation

The game was updated today via Steam due to the New Vehicles hotfix. Now, when I try to start the game, I immediately get the message: Fatal error!
I start the game with DirectX 11.
