Steps to Reproduce

1. Get developer commands
2. Use the "summon speedlecar_c" command
3. Note that the car does not spawn

Explanation

The speedlecar_c class does not return a 3D model when using the summon command. This may be related to the issue preventing the Speedle from spawning naturally.

For comparison, summon musclecar and summon escada_c both work as expected and spawn their models correctly.
