Steps to Reproduce

1. Literally every system is malfunctioning, even in a new savegame
2. I verified the integrity of the files, and nothing was wrong

Explanation

When I went to play today, I noticed I was out of storage space; then I realized my money balance was zero.
When I went to the garage, I saw the storage unit was too small, and when I tried to buy more space, some bugs occurred; missions aren't showing up anymore either—it seems to be a widespread issue.
I'm including some images that clearly illustrate the problem.
