Missing or non-functional Speedly cars in game

Steps to Reproduce

1. Never found a Speedly.
2. After 200 km, there are many parts.
3. Estimate that 4-5 Speedly cars can be assembled.
4. There are empty places where the car should be.
5. The car itself should be beaten.
6. Not sure what was fixed in this case.
7. Hope developers won't keep players waiting.
8. Make everything 100% functional, not 70-80%.
9. Thank you and express respect to developers.

Explanation

It's good that micro-patches and fixes do. BUT! not everything works =(
