Explanation

I’m not sure if this was changed in an update however in the big garages there used to be 3 cars that spawned one on the side by the control s thing one in the garage door and one Mabye 2 in the fence area and only one spawns. The old garage with the green dude used to spawn 2 cars now it only spawns one and some point of interest like the motel and the smaller gas stations don’t even spawn any cars
