Wire Brush Cleaning Issue with TriClops Seat Collision

Steps to Reproduce

1. Find a TriClops with a seat
2. Get a Wire brush and try to clean the rust from the interior
3. Position of the brush is locked to the seat, by the door

Explanation

TriClops seat collision is too large, causing the Wire Brush to only clean the seat instead of interior items. (Sponge works fine.)
