Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch the game.
2. Wait until you reach the main screen.
3. Look around for less than 30 seconds.
4. Observe the computer becoming unresponsive.
5. Attempt to use the keyboard shortcut alt+F4 to close the game.
6. Attempt to open the task manager to end the task.
7. Try launching the game in DX11.
8. Observe the game becoming unresponsive.
9. Try launching the game in DX12.
10. Observe the game becoming unresponsive and a black screen appearing.
11. Force a hard shut down of your PC and restart.
12. Note that you are unable to provide a log or screenshot currently.

Explanation

Whenever the game is launched, it freezes my computer and the only remedy for correction is a hard restart.
