Steps to Reproduce

1. Load up items on sniffer mat
2. go to garage and clear out locker
3. go back to the game and the parts are red and won't be accepted unless you move the parts and place them back on mat

Explanation

Vehicle parts left on the sniffer mat when going to the garage say lockers are full even though I went to garage and emptied my locker totally. They must be removed first before the sniffer will accept parts again
