Steps to Reproduce

1. Brought battery
2. Put it in home garage
3. Connected charger
4. Pushed button
5. Got jolted
6. Nothing happened after that
7. Battery won't come out
8. No option to remove or any sign that the battery is there
9. Battery is still in place, but no information shows up about it
10. No interaction to remove the battery

Explanation

Battery stuck in home garage. Brought a Kage battery took it to home garage and now it won't come out or charge
