Steps to Reproduce

1. After placing the left taillight, the rear tail light is on in the game.
2. All speedle taillights are on in the game now.
3. Multiple instances of one item appear when showing up to a building.
4. There is a seat that looks like a toilet, but its name does not appear on the item scanner or the vacuum to send items to the garage.

Explanation

Multiple bugs speedle light stays on when not on car and also Multiple spawns of one item
