In-game interaction freezes after interacting with non-operational machine

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the garage
2. Go to the wrapper
3. Click the buttons on the back of the machine with nothing to wrap on the machine

Explanation

My player was located in the garage and I went over to the wrapper. I clicked the buttons on the back of the machine and then my interactions windows wouldnt do anything. I couldnt pick up anything, i couldnt get into a car, i could press the letter i and have an overview view in third person but nothing would allow it to go back into normal mode to click anything. I ended up just closing the game and reopening.
