Strange Audio Phenomena Post-Save Load in Gameplay

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load an old save under 'Backup History'
2. Mine just happened to load right outside the 'Hotel California' stop, post Backrooms exit
3. Hopped in my assembled Kart and drove off.
4. Big Bada Boom. Happens halfway through the video, and again near the end.

Explanation

Per the new update 25MAR26 - Weird audio during gameplay after loading old save. While driving, a low explosive boom is heard, followed by 14 bells and another low boom. After a few minutes, another low boom, this time accompanied by loud blaring Klaxon siren sounds rather than bells.
